    Lets Plan Your Wedding....

    Are you feeling stuck and need help with creating your dream wedding decor? Perhaps you are in need of some inspiration with what you have come up with so far or maybe you have no idea where to start! Wherever you are in your Wedding Decor Planning, we are here to help.

    So, what actually do Wedding Stylists do?  Well simply put, a Wedding Stylist is the creative force behind your decor, on hand to help turn your ideas into reality and basically make everything about your day look totally awesome! As Wedding Stylists we design, create and deliver all the decor elements of your day whilst leaving you  concentrate on the rest of your planning, sounds good right?  

    Our clients choose us for our unique approach to design, taking the time to get to know you and creating a scheme that really does represent you as a couple. We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with all the latest trends, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to each and every scheme, often creating from scratch bespoke items which ensure that no two Weddings or Events are ever the same.

    So how does the magic happen?

    Step 1:

    To get the ball rolling, we need to  arrange a consultation with you. We offer Consultations during the day on Tuesday- Thursday and some evening and Saturday appointments (although these are limited and very popular). This meeting will generally take place at your venue but of course we are happy to chat via Facetime or Skype too.

    Once we have booked an appointment, we will ask you to complete a Pre Consultation Questionnaire. Here we ask some detailed questions about your Big Day to give us a head start in understanding what you might be looking for and provide with some initial talking points when we meet.

    Step 2:

    Our first meeting is the start of an exciting creative journey together and is all about us getting to know you as a couple, your likes and dislikes, your ideas and of course we are always happy to see the odd Pinterest Board too!  Don't worry if you haven't got any idea of where to start at this stage, by chatting together, we will soon have a clear picture of exactly how you want your Wedding to look.

    Step 3:

    Time for us to get our creative thinking caps on! Using all of the information gathered from our first meeting, we will go away and pull together designs for every aspect of your wedding. We will create a Mood Board to share with you as well as a detailed quotation so that you can get a real sense of where we are going and how we plan to transform your decor. All of this will be sent to you by email and of course you can come back to us with any questions. Once you're happy, let us know and we will send you an invoice for your deposit. Once paid, you will be all booked in and you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that your wedding decor is in the hands of the experts.

    Getting Closer

    Around 3 months before your big day, we will invite you to meet up with us again at our studio in Wantage and this is where all the ideas finally become a reality! We will lay up a table with as many of the elements of your decor as possible. This won't however, include fresh elements such as flowers, unless specifically requested and this will of course be subject to a charge. We will talk through all your choices, making any tweaks needed to ensure that everything is perfect.

    Making Changes

    As, we generally start to work with our Clients around 12 - 18 months before their Wedding or Event. Of course we recognise that making choices so far in advance can be a concern and so along the way we carry out a series of checks with you to confirm that you are still happy with every element of your decor. Major changes to your scheme can be made up to 8 weeks before your big day and smaller changes up to 5 weeks before.

    On the Day.

    So the big day has arrived and its time for you to get married! While you are busy with all those essential wedding day preparations, we will be at your venue bringing all those ideas and visions to life.

    Making sure that every element is executed to perfection and creating the "wow" factor for you and your guests.

    And of course, we will be back the next day to clear it all away while you relax as the new Mr and Mrs.

    Our Styled by Us service is perfect for couples who are looking for professional expertise and guidance to help create their special day and want to hire all of the elements to create beautiful table centrepieces, fabulous flowers and venue decorations as well as avoiding the stresses and strains of actually dressing your venue on your big day and clearing away after.

    Our service includes:- 

    Consultation and creation of Decor scheme.

     All administration including quotations, liason with venue and other suppliers.

     Delivery plus full set up on the day at your venue and collection the following day.
